Job description / Role:- Provide daily trainings
- Conduct coaching programs
- Ensure an outstanding guest's experience
- Recommend training programs
- Promote additional enrollment
- Develop innovative ways to assist beginner or young students in learning and remembering the rules of the game
- Identify the learning styles that work best for each student and adapt coaching methods accordingly
- Provide a fun, secure, and productive environment for students and guests
Requirements:- Strong experience in creating coaching programs at all levels
- Padel Tennis Coach strong experience
- Experience in executing various Padel Tennis Coach programs
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Advance Padel level
- Fluent in English
- Strong Interpersonal skills
